Frequently asked questions

Can I add text to specific pages only?

Yes. You choose which page number to add text to. You can run the tool multiple times to add text to different pages, or add multiple blocks in one pass.

What fonts are available?

The tool uses standard PDF fonts — Helvetica and Times Roman — which are universally available in all PDF viewers without needing to embed the font file.

How do I position text precisely?

Enter X (horizontal) and Y (vertical) coordinates in points from the bottom-left corner of the page. Standard A4 is 595 × 842 points; US Letter is 612 × 792 points.

Can I add text to all pages at once?

For repeating text across all pages, use Watermark PDF or Add Page Numbers instead — they are designed for that use case.

Are my files private?

Yes. Text addition happens entirely in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
